Enjoy this delicious, lowfat, high protein Cappuccino Mousse for dessert this Valentine's Day or any day!

Low Fat Cappuccino Mousse

Ingredients
 ½ cup Daisy lowfat cottage cheese (you will need to use 1 cup of cottage cheese if you are using this recipe as your protein in Phase 2)
 dropperful of SweetLeaf Hazelnut Stevia Extract (you can also experiment with Vanilla, Chocolate or English Toffee flavors)
 1 tsp instant coffee
 ½ cup raspberries or strawberries (preferably organic)

Instructions

Combine the cottage cheese, liquid stevia, and 3/4 tsp of the instant coffee in a mini chopper or food processor.

Process until fluffy then transfer to a dish.

Sprinkle the remaining instant coffee on top.

Place fruit of choice on the side or top of the mousse.
